I think the best way to tackle this question is to approach it with a bit of frankness. So here is my version of it:
What do I do under the sheets?
-I sleep, or read until I put myself to sleep.
What I wish to do under the sheets?
-Take Antonio Banderas in my arms, and ...
What I should do under the sheets?
-Put a decent husband in there who would pay my bills in exchange for my services. Babies happen to be the surplus of the bargain to be attributed to the husband, provided that the amount of the surplus does not exceed the husband's expectations, or his means of income, otherwise....

Under the sheets, I try to sleep or try to adafy nafsy if i was really cold. Sometimes I hug my teddy bear o imagine ena it's Vin Diesel
