What a weekend! The weather is nice and sunny, 16 ?C, light breeze, no clouds, beautiful! So what did I end up doing? Garden cleaning, because it starts to grow quick from April until September, so after the winter, much junk is outside and it has to be cleaned. I do not like that, but after my time here, I managed and learned how to do it. However, next time I move somewhere, it better not have a garden! niet meer een Holland staat in tuin, dat wil ik echt niet!We also moved stuff to a friend's house, then we all went to eat pancakes in a nice place in the middle of the forest. It is a cozy place, that makes only pancakes with anything from cheese or meats to fruits. I have not been there in three years, yet I still managed to find it. They serve pancakes, or pannekoeken as they say in Dutch, with a bucket of molasses, "sheera"!!! so sweet tooth all the way!! You can still find the American type in some supermarkets.

Before the end of our brunch, a group of 14 or so ladies, about 12-13 year old, came in, with a couple of guys and I think one of their parents. They were a member of a ladies hockey team, seems they were playing close by. I got an image of an American teenage movie!! The two guys looked exactly like the jocks you see with those ladies, same cute face, and the hair that is long, well not long but to the neck, with that cut, I think you know what I mean. But luckily we were almost finished by the time they came in, because you can imagine the noise level going from 0 dB to 100 dB in a few seconds

Today I will be watching the GP in Bahrain, and also finishing a few things around the place, then off to my friend for dinner.

Before ending this post, I will post some pictures of typical Dutch pancakes, to give you an example of how they look like. Note they also sell pancakes ready made in the grocery, in different sizes, so you can get addicted to them easily. My American friend was amazed about that in the summer.
