Don't think being expelled was fair. They could have suspended him if it was intentional or have him repeat the year, that would have been humiliating enough.

well as a student who just finished her exams aaaaand getting into a hazy mood.. throwing up is not a big deal ! i mean come on .. its a reflex and i hope he didn't intend to throw up on the teacher.. maybe the teacher was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time ! it happens ..
