I smell Baryani!

I was going to use the following as a comment on a post, but instead thought it would be better as a post.As you all know, many people are sushi addicts in Kuwait, obsessed with eating raw fish on rice mixed with different stuff. Also, you have noticed in many restaurants sushi named after infamous people (when I see one with my name then I will change it to famous) so I have come with my own list of Maki's that I would introduce in my sushi place, which is next to my coffee shop, next to my bank, etc.

* 3aydaroosi Maki (secret Kuwaiti recipe using traditional spices)

* Pollo Maki (made with a Cuban chicken that thinks she is a salmon)

* Betello Maki (for those who like chubby fish, tender and juicy)

* Mandate Maki (special "delicacy" made for "special" clients)

I am sure more will come, but for now this is the list. If you are interested in coming with more names, please try to associate it with a picture or a doodle, it would be more fun :)

Pollo Maki??? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of sushi? Why they add chicken is beyond me. Anyways, I love sushi though...can't get enough.

BTW, seeing that you love penguins...you need to see Madagascar. Good movie...the 4 penguins were cool.

Ok I dont have anything in mind.. but I just had a thought that one day Mcdonald will realize how Kuwaitis are obssessed with Sushi, so they'll introduce "Mc Sushi"!!!
I dont know about you but I see it coming :)

Bo_Ghazi: Funny you said McSushi. That's exactly what I call a certain sushi resturant in Kuwait. Their sushi is like fast food...huge peices and heavy in the stocmach!! I will not say which resturant 'cause I don't wanna piss off anyone. But I can say its not EDO :)

I think if you go on with such lists then you sushi place will close :P

TF, not really, it is more of something you do a few times a year, but some are addicts, which I do not understand especially at the prices they charge you.
