I was flipping through the guide when I saw this article at the start, titled "10 steps for boosting corporate creativity". What is odd about this article is when you read the ten steps you wonder what the person writing this piece was thinking of. The majority seem normal and can make sense, but these three steps! THESE THREE! you tell me, am I the only one who sees something odd about them??
1. Listen to music by Johann Sebastian Bach. If Bach doesn't make you more creative, you should probably see your doctor - or your brain surgeon if you are also troubled by headaches, hallucinations or strange urges in the middle of the night.2. Don't watch TV, Experiments performed by the Bazaar creative laboratory show that watching TV causes your brain to slowly trickle out your ears and/or nose. It is not pretty, but it happens.
3. Don't do drugs. People on drugs think they are creative. To everyone else, they seem like people on drugs.
So I guess I need to find a brain surgeon to cure me from midnight hallucinations since I do not like Bach.
But wait a minute!!!, I like to watch tv, so my brain must have been lost a long time ago!
OH MY! thats what I squashed five years ago, no wonder I am always thinking of food all the time, my stomach has moved upstairs! Am I on drugs! Am I dazed and confused !
White Rabbit! White Rabbit! White Rabbit!
