This is a copy mostly of an original post on 12/8/2005 regarding the above subject. I decided to repost it as a mandate member was added in the past 6 months, but not included in the official code and regulation manual and also to highlight the codes again for some mandate members who keep forgetting the items they signed and also come up with their own versions of articles and codes (that's you boghazi).
Therefore, this post is edited and reposted, bold text is edited.
"Mandate members in the following items refer to Purgatory72, Nibaq, Q and boghazi and Jazz central(in order shown below).

1. Mandate meetings are arranged by one of the mandate members. Non-mandate members cannot arrange, set, or suggest a meeting, otherwise it does not qualify as a mandate meeting.
2. The mandate members are the only members who are allowed to attend. A mandate member is allowed to invite a non-mandate member to a mandate by obtaining the approval of 3 out of the 4 other members [previously 2 out of 3 when it was only 4 members]
3. After-mandate meetings can include non-mandate members who are invited by one of the mandate members. This invitation does not require the official approval of the other members, but any member can object to the inclusion of a non-mandate member in the after-mandate meeting.
4. Mandate members are allowed to organize a special mandate private gathering with non-mandate members on special occasions, such as birthdays, bachelor parties, S&M, movie night, anniversaries and any other occasion deemed to be a special occasion by at least 2 out of the 5 mandate members.
5. The mandate members are allowed to invite a non-mandate member to the mandate meeting if one or more mandate member is not present. No official approval is required from the other remaining members.
6. The mandate meeting bill is always split between the members, even on special occasions, unless otherwise agreed.
7. The mandate group must share desserts in the mandate meeting, if dessert is ordered. Not sharing desserts will be dealt with accordingly.
8. The mandate group are not required to share desserts in the after-mandate meeting, but sharing is always recommended."
As you see slight changes, if any mandate member has anything to add, he can do so in 14 days, otherwise this post is binding and official.
