It must be nice and exciting to have your name on a menu so that everyone can enjoy a delicacy associated with your name, but the disadvantage is when this delicacy does not taste good, or is not done the proper way you want it to be done, that people will start hating it and consequently hating you and everything associated with you.
So I ask you, how do you feel about Jazz Maki?
