Who invented it? good question; but another question should be raised; was it invented for the purpose of drying objects and body or was it invented for another use and then another person discovered another use of it; if it is, who is s/he who discovered that towels could be used to dry things?

TF, I was just talking to Nibaq about it and he mentioned something similar. As you know in the old ages, clothes were basically pieces of cloths, which they wrapped themselves with (i.e greeks, romans, etc.) so someone must have thought that when they get wet out of showering and washing they need another piece to dry themselves.

The question who is this person!!

Simple, same guy that invented the lock :)

As for the first lady that ate chocolate, again pretty simple: the wife of the guy that invented chocolate :)

Zizo, we would be using trees, lots and lots of trees!

7/10, hmm who invented the lock? who invented chocolate!!!

John Locke (of Lost fame) invented the lock; as for chocolate, I believe it was the devil :)

chocolate was found by a lady in latin america ... i can't recall her name.. then at that time in latin america they had lots of visitors from the arab world and europian by which once they had their gypsys festival she greeted those visiters and gave them some of her caramel candies and her chocolate drink (use to be sour)and this is how it went to europe... then linditt from swisszerland was the first to invent milk chocolate where he used to use butter milk instead of milk :)
And spread it all around the world.

About the towel.. what TF said prooves that a women was behind it.. in the old times if you noticed women used to have an extra peice hanging on their waist where they clean everything (even their plates) with it... but who came up with the fabric i'll tell you soon..
