I was eating my chicken when I began to think, "who made this piece? then I thought, "who made these fries? I do not know the name of the person, yet I might be eating things the same person has cooked for a while, without knowing his or her face. They do this everyday, yet never ever do we see theïr faces or know their names.
So this made me think further, what if each item we buy from a restaurant came with a stamp saying Made by Juan or Done by Suzie . Then you can tell if this or that person can make good sandwiches, good fries, good pasta, etc. So each time you go, you ask for cheese burger, by Juan , assuming Juan makes good burgers of course, or hot dog from Suzie , instead of asking for the burger or hot dog only. This gives your food a personal touch, and keeps you away from those fakers who cannot even rub the bun right before putting it on the burger.
Now someone might ask, " what if Juan moves, what should I do next? to which I answer, "Follow Juan". You go after Juan, assuming he goes to a same kind of place as the first one, not a different place. Even though you can go try Juan made pasta, if he decides to do so, as he might be good at Pasta.
So lets support our local Juan and Suzie. I launch thecampaignn for recognizing our food makers, the guy who salts the fries, the lady who presses the button for ice in Pepsi, and the cookie guy who puts the nuts inside the dough.
Purgatory salutes you.
