What happened to the old "you will get your order in 30 mins?" That is the expected response when you order from any fast food restaurant. However, lately I have noticed that some places say 45 mins, or one hour. I understand that sometimes many people order at same time, but almost every area has one, if not two locations, of the same fast food restaurant in close proximity radius from each other, yet they assume their drivers will be late to my place? Or they want to save on fuel and number of trips, so they try to combine a few orders together? On top of that they charge 200 fils extra! What happened to free delivery? What happened to or your money back? The whole concept of delivery is to get it fresh and quick and hot (or cold depending on type of food).
Food delivery sucks these days, maybe they should hire helicopters instead.

I always thought that the day choppers become a consumer mode of transportation, is the day Kuwaitis should just stay home. Can you imagine ou esteemed drivers who have trouble adhering to ground lines up there in the wide blue sky? The horror! The horror!
