Tonight I went with Rampurple to Edo. It was only us since the rest of the gang had gone somewhere to do something else. It was a bit chilly outside, so I wore long sleeves. We went in and the crowd was a bit different than usual for a Thursday night. Typically when we go as a gang on an Edo Pride Dinner, we take the private section or some other section depending on availability so we do not really see people, but when we go out we take a quick look and its typically a mixed crowd. Tonight was a bit odd. First the people there we less than usual and they were mostly foreign or Japanese. It was very quiet and usually its more noisy, but that is because the Edo Pride Group is a loud group, even sans Farianna.

Another interesting sight was a table with 6 kids about the age of 10-14 years old eating Japanese food. We looked at them and it was an amuzing sight, fit for Tooomz, since she gets amuzed all the time. Young kids eating sushi! Both of us thought of the days we were young and we do not recall sushi as a main thing we might do on a weekend. Usually at that age we would hang at burger joints, fast food joints, malls, etc., but not sushi, I mean what kind of kid affords sushi!

It was interesting to be only with Rampurple since we usually do not talk much during the group events since we are mostly at opposite ends or usually busy talking in smaller groups, now we had a chance to talk more and got to know more about each other, at least I found out more about her. We also discussed other people and how we know little about them even though we are around them all the time.

Since it was a cold night, I had the soup they have that comes in a tea pot and you keep pouring into a small dish and drink, which is very good. The portion I ordered was half the usual portion, but since Rampurple has her own selection, I could not finish it all.
