A woman has one brain, unless you are looking at "grey matter" in general, and then you would use the plural form "brains."
A woman can be relegated to the category of "two pimples" if you are labeling her with a sexual adversity concerning what her areolae surrounds.
A woman may be categorized as “three peanuts,” because when using George Washington Carver’s methods, she is able to morph and adapt to whatever is necessary.
