I finally finished the book, which took me a few months to finish. The book is composed of 23 stories that can be classified as funny, scary, provocative, just odd, or all at once. One can compare it to a modern version of Canterbury Tales or even the Decameron.
The book is enjoyable to read, although by the end I sensed the author rushed to finish it. The first 2/3's of the book are amazing, especially the stories of people such as St. Guts-free, Miss America, Mother Nature, Mr. Whitter, and Exodus to name a few.
I highly recommend this book. Also, hopefully most of you have read the Canterbury Tales or the Decameron, however if you have not, please do, and also watch the Pasolini Trilogy, one of the best movies of all time, you can read more about them by clicking the link
