This is what she wrote.

“The blind critics the blind”
The weather was clear I wasn’t. My brain was busy with thoughts on how to manage my department as things have been chaotic since we added a new junior team member, let us call him “Reda”. This kid walked into my department offending everyone, including his boss, and stayed on his own reading manuals to find answers for his questions, thinking that he can find all the answers in them. Nothing wrong with that, however, it would have been better if he took advantage of the team members and ask them for answers based on their experience as they have seen it all and they know to deal with each situation efficiently.
Then it suddenly hit me! I’m doing the same as this guy is doing with my life!!! Instead of spending time with parents and older siblings I tend to drift away and read books looking for answers. True, they might not be the most successful in my opinion, however; they definitely have experience in life.
So instead of reading books and putting aside your parents and siblings, it is best if you use whatever time you have to get feedback on situations based on their experiences. At the end of the day, families are a team, I l like to see mine as the A-team.
It is so ironic how I objected to one thing, yet did the same without realizing it to the most important people in my life.

kalam jameel walla. My friend - also co-worker told me the same thing yesterday, I get busy trying to fix wrong and pass comments to make things better and neglect the fact that I act the exact same way those crazy people do out there... wise woman.

I agree in a way, ya3ni sa7 they might not be successful in my opinion, & sa7 they have experience ... bas the time is different, so whatever they faced & how they've dealt with it might not be useful or applicable for me
So I'd say: books + Family Experience
