Hmmmm... Yeah, I guess people only see the $ sign on people coming from Kuwait - that's so funny bas I wouldn't go the extent of having aliases... I stick to being ME- Chikapappi *khhhhaaaakh* ;) I speak English most of the time so that's no issue - am British :) the only setback is the 7ejab because some dumb retarted people outside do not understand the concept behind it, making a synonym of terror.

Tried that. Went for the whole Venezuela thing. Guy turned out to be Spanish and started ranting away. I turned around and walked off since I could not speak the language.

What's worse is that when I did say I am from Kuwait. Nobody knew where that was.

Figures.

I am always just me. But you definitely sound like a very suspicious sort of character, probably working for some intelligence agency.

i usually tell them the truth, especially college students (idiots). and when they realize that not all arabs are the same, it would be like doing them and you guys a favor.

though when i'm in kuwait, alotta people ask me where i'm from.. which is really weird, only then i would have fun and say i'm like half indian half or half moroccan.fun.
jewaira said in August 26th, 2007 at 11:14 pm
I always say I am Kuwaiti - it's because I am such a model citizen that I think it is my duty to make Kuwaitis look good.
Vixen said in August 27th, 2007 at 1:30 am
Hi :)
I actually ask myself that question, I don't know where I belong hehe, but usually I do say Kuwait cuz I like that we finally chose to live here :D it's a nice place where most people don't know where it is n__n

I always say Kuwaiti unless a Kuwaiti guy asks me where I am from and he lies about where he is from. I say anything but Kuwait and don't even bother with the accent.

My last trip this so obvious kuwaiti guy asked me where I was from telling me he is from jordan, I said I am Saudi. The next day both of us were at the airport boarding the same flight to Kuwait holding our beloved kuwaiti blue passports. Karma! They seated us next to each other!

depending on the people & location, I may be Jordanian, Egyptian, Bahraini or Lebanese. (only while traveling)

Name: mine works for each of them

Age: 23-36

Marital Status : Single or married

PS
in some countries using another nationality helps in getting discounts ;)

lol compared to all the above I guess I'm boring cuz I just say the truth. I have no reason for lieing .. I didn't do anything n' I don't care who thinks what :P
Flamingoliya said in August 31st, 2007 at 3:09 am

she9eer lek Jason Bourne?

when traveling somewhere that has khaleejis and i cant be bothered, i'm a hispanic Maria (and i immediately speak the bit of spanish i know to my friends to confuse them). the 7ejab now has created an identity crisis for Maria though.. havent found a solution yet.

however, in egypt, i've gotta be half egyptian so i dont get ripped off.. thank you tv shows, movies and songs for teaching us the accent so well!

not that I give a damn but why lie? However...the temptation to try this out is great
