I just finished downloading the first episode of season 2 of Heroes and was watching TV when I saw the ad for Dubai TV website during Ramadan only for all their channels and I started to think, what happens to website when they are no longer in use?
Many of us have domains, websites that we do not use anymore. Sometimes we keep the name but never use it, and sometimes we just have a website that stays the same for years without any modifications, just parked and dusty in the roads of the Internet. Therefore, are we contributing to the end of our planet by leaving so many websites without use?
If we decided to create a junkyard for unused websites, would it affect our internet ecosystem? Or should we create a retirement place where all those websites can live their lives happily among friends?

Interesting .. I was thinkning of the Space junk yard when I finished reading the post (I've been fascinated by the Astronomy field lately, ^_^).
It might be a junk yard byt at least it's not affecting the invirnoment and it's not a cause of an extra load on the inetrnet itself.. The inetrnet is an unlimited space ..^_^
