Today while napping on Son of Kirk, under my blanket, I began to think of something Jazz said yesterday during Edo Pride, "What happened to the Mandate?" and I started to think and think and think.
The Mandate is still around, but it is not a unified mandate. I see us as the Beatles, I am George Harrison, Q is Paul McCartney, Nibaq is Ringo, Boghazi is John Lennon and Jazz is... ummm.. I just realized the Beatles were four people not five! Ok, let me start again, I see us as the Jackson five, however I will not say who is who, but I am not Michael, I am not Tito and I am not Jermaine, so I must be one of the other two and I am surely not Latoya! hmm Jazz and Janet, but thats another story.
We could be like Guns N Roses (or 3anz and Moses), Nibaq is Slash, I am Axel, Q is Izzy, Jazz is Duff and Boghazi is umm... Dammmit! which ex-member should he be? Why should I be Axel?? No, I do not like this part.
Anyways, think of us as a band who has decided to persue other interests, but can always unite for a good cause. Maybe if enough people want us together again, we can have a reunion tour? If you think we can fit a band, who would be who?

Yesterday we had a mini mandate Edo Pride night. It has been a while since we have been to Edo due to members being busy with other obligations, but we managed to get the people I am approved to see, i.e. Stallion and Nibaq, and were joined later briefly by Jazz and K arrived later to beautify us ugly guys. The noisy couple were busy, Everybody hates Tooomz was busy, Caff was busy and Someone else was sick. Nevertheless, I like quiet, that way I can be in unison with my food.
Anyways, it was a quiet night, it was only us there, then two couples came and sat somewhere else. We contacted Suli, but according to what he said he was sleeping and needed to go to the jam3ya to get some stuff for his cousin, interesting isn't it?
Abs was not reachable.
We ordered the usual appetizers, Beef Tataki, Ebi Chilli, Crab Salad Spicy, Seafood Gyoza and of course Ed and Mame. Once that was cleared we got our sushi order, which includes Edo Crispy, Tokyo, one maki that I keep changing hence I do not remember which one, and two new additions, the AbSuliFab Maki and the Maki created by myself and Nibaq, which will remain without a name at this moment. The Maki without a name was created on a Saturday Afternoon, at 12.30 pm, using different variations, until we got to final version, after four trials in front of Sushi Master. We are pleased with the final version, but does not mean it will be final, final.
The night ended quick and we all went home and got back to our usual activities.
I would like to thank the people who participated in this event and wish the best for others for you know what.
I feel like I am Green Tea today!
