I was talking to someone earlier today and she was mentioning how her management style is based on lessons she learned from Super Nanny. Her thoughts is that employees are like children, who need to be spoonfed. In her words, "When I want to say they did something wrong, I go, ..Ahmad, that was wrong, you should not do that here, and if he did a good job I go, ..Ahmad, well done, and smile."

That does not surprise me as today's workforce is basically spoiled and not roughly shaped, and full of morons compared to previous generations, which is not totally their fault, as times have changed and we live in luxury and comfort. Despite my negative views of women in leadership roles, and their ability to lead, I have to say what she said was correct, and such a style is suitable for all kind of employees, seems some women can think properly without much emotions and take smart decisions. Saying that about women, many men are the same these days, so that does give you an indication of why the world order has collapsed and we have Global Warming. Yes, you heard it here first, women are the reason for Global Warming, we need to reduce their numbers.

Think about it, did you hear about Global Warming when we had mostly male managers? NO. Did you have all these odd weather patterns when countries were lead by men? NO. Do you know why they call nature Mother (i.e. Mother Nature)? Because she killed Father Nature! She killed him and split him into pieces!!! OOOOOO FATHER!! And our problems will only get worst, if Hillary wins in 2008 (I wonder if she likes cigars).

To conclude, women are good, but also bad. Save your world and cut their numbers, use bubble gum.

Yes I admit it, I am an office supplies thief. I discovered early on in my first job that office supplies are available and for free. Even though sometimes you do not need much, nor do you need to get it as you can get it at reasonable prices outside, nevertheless, I am a firm believer that part of working is stealing office supplies, and of course Kleenex.

I asked my sister to get me some notepads with checkered boxes from her job, since that is the ones I use and we do not have them at work, and after two days she says, I cannot I will buy you some. I told her that part of working is getting things, but I guess she is still stuck in some idealistic work universe.

For those who do not believe in stealing office supplies, the Dilbert principle advocates it, so that is a stamp of approval, which reminds me that I have not used my Dilbert calendar yet!!! and its already end of March!!!

I came to work today and I saw a red carpet outside extended from entrance to elevator, wonder who is coming? Note that the building also has other companies, so I will keep an eye on who comes in and out. Or maybe it is for me :)? After all, I am the head penguin.Update: now there are armored vehicles, so must be a visit from a royal family member. I know if Mark was here he would be hiding around taking pictures
